TOS - TERMS OF SERVICE

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (The customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books, if the costumer allows it.

You can upload the commissioned artwork to any website and social channels. Giving the credits is not necessary but it is appreciated.

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point. – Contact me for info.

When I start, I make a rough sketch based on your idea and previously submitted image references. You approve it and/or request modifications. Just before proceeding, I ask for 50% of the payment.

After you answer me, and confirm the payment of the first 50%, I will make the changes you requested (if there are), and move on to the clean sketch and Lineart phases. In these stages, you can ask for modifications too.

I finish the lineart work with lights, shadows and other detailing in full coloring/rendering.

Once the lineart is done, I send you the last 50% payment request and when I receive the payment confirmation , I will move on with the flat color, and detailed color, which will be sent in parts if you wish.

The format of the final image can be discussed.

In that phase, I don’t accept modifications, since the work is done. If you want to modify something, I’ll ask you for a fee that depends on how complex the solicitation is.

Commission info and the files related to them are exchange by e-mail preferably, so it can keep.

The completion time of the work depends on the complexity of each project and will be discussed with the client. It may take around 7 days.

I have base prices for each category that can change depending on the project.

I accept payment by PayPal.

The payments will be done in the stages descripted above and the client will receive notifications.

I try to fully understand the project and mantain a good communication with the client! their qualities.

I can maintain chats and messages exchanges in Discord or Meta Business Messenger.

The client is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will make the refund myself from the payment detail.
